Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a popular water activity in Finland, especially during the warmer months. The country’s long coastline, numerous lakes and rivers, and rugged landscape offer a variety of opportunities for paddlers of all levels. Finland is known as the land of thousand lakes.
